Batata Bhaji and a Brief History of the Pressure Cooker

While we aren't going to get all the way into the weird and wild history of the pressure cooker, we will get a brief history and we dive deeper over the next coming weeks. However, this batata bhaji is AMAZING and a great side or main for anyone who loves the taste of turmeric and curry! (Great with naan and Elephant Green Chili chutney!)
