Happy Tuesday everyone! You should expect a couple extra recipes from the cooking show this week because I have 2 more that I haven’t posted yet! Why? Well kiddo has been home and I have wanted to spend as much time with them as possible before school starts again. I feel like our summers are getting shorter and shorter and before I know it, they’ll be grown and out of the house. I don’t like thinking about that.
Today is mine and producer red’s anniversary, we have been married for 5 years, which also has flown by. Like… how? We celebrated by also making a tart that we had in Copenhagen when we got married all of those years ago. Honestly, it was a really nice anniversary stream!
It’s okay if you don’t have a paella pan, but if you want to get that crunchy rice underneath use something like a cast iron. It gives you a better chance of a beautiful char! If you don’t like seafood, you can always add chicken or whatever protein you feel like!
