Hello everyone,

This was an episode of the cooking show where kiddo was home from school, so I decided to just spend time with them instead of focusing on work for a week. I loved this dish so much, that I had to come and post it. I mean all of the work was done, I just have to type this up and put the photos in place, cool huh? (All without AI!)

If you have never seen Chef and my Fridge, I highly suggest that you watch it. All of the chefs and cooks on that show are absolutely brilliant and this dish was actually inspired by one of the dishes they made for a K-Pop Idol.

We have a couple more weeks of a wonky schedule, but then we are back at it!

Just a few tips; if you can buy just noodles for like $2-3 for a big pack, I would suggest doing that instead of wasting a noodle pack on it. It just helps to cut down on food waste, unless you will use the soup pack on other meals! Also feel free to really make this your own with your favorite veggies; I put mine! (Perilla leaves are a perfect fresh addition!)

Thank you so much for reading this and hopefully cooking along with me! Don’t forget to go follow the Cooking Show! We want to see you cooking with me while learning the history behind the food. There is just something so beautiful about learning to appreciate a meal that you make with your hands, a meal that has been made by millions of people before you, that started somewhere completely different.

If this is your vibe you can find more on Threads and my Discord. These are the places that you can interact with me and tell me what you want to see on the show or in the blog!

And don’t forget to subscribe to the blog!

Thank you again for being here! Have a wonderful day and we will see each other again very, very soon! And don’t forget, even when you don’t believe in yourself, I believe in you. You are cool, you’re amazing, you’re talented, and you are where you are supposed to be. One day your circumstances will be different and that will be okay to, but you will always have Momnoms in your corner ❤
