Hello everyone,
I hope that you all have had an amazing week! We got to go to see the creator of Final Space yesterday at a free event, it was amazing. As a family, that show is something that means so much to us, so it was very emotional.
That’s why I didn’t post, I wanted to make sure that I had family time. I gave the creator some of my gochujang cookies! Hopefully he loved them!
We also made a dish that was named after one of the characters of the show Avo Cato; but like Avocado… same difference right?
This is literally the best pasta dish that I have ever made and I SERIOUSLY cannot wait to make it again. My husband and I ate the entire pot of pasta and not in a pretty way. You NEED to make this right now, there is no ifs, ands, or buts about it!
Just a few tips; You do not have to sieve the sauce, but I highly recommend it if you do not want a slightly more chunky pasta sauce. If you sieve it, it becomes very silky and smooth. You can add half of a lemon juiced in when you’re blending it if you want a little more sour taste to it (I love it that way!) Also, the best meat to go in this if you do not want a vegetarian pasta would be fish or shrimp!
