Momnoms’ viral Instant Pot brussel sprouts are back again, I have received so many messages on social media for when this was coming back on the blog, so here we go!

Go Straight to recipe!

Happy Friday everyone!

If you are in the winter storm watch that’s across most of the country right now, I hope that you will be okay. I am unsure if we will have power, but I will let everyone know on Instagram and Discord if we need to cancel anything!

We have decided to bring back the Viral Banging Brussel Sprouts recipe that I created in 2017. This recipe is what gave Momnoms a real name in the food blog community, so it’s only fitting that it be our first throw back recipe from the old blog.

I have changed it slightly, but will link the blogger who featured it on his Instant Pot blog so you have the original recipe as well!

Don’t forget to go past the recipe to find some fun ways to enjoy it as a whole meal!

Serving suggestion for the viral brussel sprout recipe; do a quick bimbibap that is full of flavor and vegetables; really amazing quick meal with just a few ingredients

Serving Suggestion

Put brussel sprouts on top of rice, add kimchi, tofu, and a fried egg for a full meal! This is one of my go to lunches and it takes less than 5 minutes, is super flavorful and amazing!

These asian inspired instant pot brussel sprouts are great with kimchi and rice for a quick mid-week lunch when you do not feel like cooking anything!
