Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail

It’s 5 o’clock somewhere.

I am really feeling that lately.

It just still hasn’t slowed down, even though I have had a couple of days off.  I have been planning for my next event and meals.  I’m so excited about this next one though, it’s BBQ.  I miss Texas and BBQ so much that it’s going to transport me back to home.

I’m talking brisket, y’all.

It’s felt kind of summery in San Francisco lately. So I wanted to make a summery drink.

I have been addicted to making my own lemonade lately, so I decided to make a lemonade cocktail.

I mean, how much more summer can you get?

I went to the farmer’s market and picked up a pint of raspberry, which adds just a little bit of extra flavor.

To sweeten it, I added some honey instead of sugar, I feel like that it tastes better that way.  And there’s less refined crap in it.

If you want to just leave out the gin, you can have a nice drink to sit on the porch and drink with you family.

Care.com voted me one of the top 10 mom blogs in San Francisco.  I am so glad to be on that list with so many other amazing women.

Braedon really wanted some of this drink, so I made his virgin.  He really liked it.  I’m so glad that he likes the things that I make.

We also made a lot of crab mac and cheese that I will have a recipe for on Monday.  Keep a look out!  It was so good, you’re bound to love it.

Oh!

And I’m excited to announce that I will have Twitch live stream coming soon!

I just ordered a new webcam, plus my regular camera equals awesomeness for my face and hands.

Are you excited too?
