Pumpkin is everywhere you look, so you might as well give in to this wonderful flavor that only comes in the fall.

I have made you pumpkin spice pancakes with a cream cheese syrup to help you get through fall!

Pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread- everything is about pumpkin right now!

Even though it’s 80 degrees in San Francisco, I want to celebrate all things fall.

Including all of the fantastic recipes that you can make with one simple sugar pumpkin.

Not only is this an awesome brunch, it is an awesome way to to have all of your fall flavors in one bite.

A Sweet Pea Chef is who taught me how to make the pumpkin purée that you can use in all of your recipes this season, including a pumpkin pie.

After you have mastered how to make your own purée, you can make this recipe, and eat it in less than 30 minutes!

B loved these pancakes, he was taking them off of the plate as I was cooking.

I thought that it was hilarious!

I didn’t even know that he liked pumpkin!

Did you know the ‘pumpkin spice’ taste that you get in the fall is actually not the pumpkin but all of the spices that you use.

Pumpkin is perfect when mixed with cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, cloves, and pretty much everything else that's good.
