Yes, I have been experimenting with pumpkin and apples again.
And this time, I have come up with my best recipe to date.
Seriously, this sparkling pumpkin apple cider will blow the pants off of all the rest of my recipes.
Don’t believe me?
Try it for yourself.
One of the hardest parts of this cider was waiting for it to finish, it was a longer process that I would have liked, but take away was two wine bottles full of this beautiful sparkling goodness.
Even G, the British and harsh judger of ciders, liked it.
“It reminds me of something,” he told me after a couple of sips.
“I like it, which is unusual, because I don’t like American Ciders.”
I replied that this is not a soft cider.
“Oh well, it probably reminds me of hard cider then.”
This sparkling cider gives you a taste of pumpkin and spice when you first take a sip. It lingers and then you get a hit of apple. The aftertaste is pumpkin spice.
