The Best Macaroni and Cheese

Today was a great stream, so many people were active and just wonderful.

I love when people talk so much!  It makes me happy and makes me think that people are really wanting to talk to me about the food that I’m making.  I love it so much.

I made pork tenderloin and mac and cheese.  Today I am showing you my mac and cheese and believe me, it is worth making.

And it is worth the calories.  I spent several hundred on making it/ trying it.  I have no regrets.

I am starting to recipe test for my Fall/ Winter catering menu and it is so hearty and filling.  My family is definitely benefiting it.

I’m not.

This mac and cheese is slightly spicy and tangy from the hot sauce and the mustard.  It’s so good.

Macaroni and Cheese



  • 3 tbs butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 pint heavy cream
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Gruyere Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 oz elbow noodles
  • 3 cups of water


  1. Melt butter over a medium heat, whisk in flour
  2. Whisk in cream until thick and creamy
  3. Add seasoning
  4. Add cheese and bring to a simmer for 5-7 minutes
  5. Bring water to boil with a pinch of salt, follow directions on box
  6. Mix mac and cheese! Serve with hot sauce and parsley

This week is super busy.  I am just trying to get through it.  I have a bunch of streams, mixed with brand mixers/ dinner, mixed with a macaron tasting with my best friend, mixed with comicon.

Oh my god.  So busy.

What am I going to do?  I need sleep!

I guess I’ll sleep next week.  When everything slows down a little bit.

But for now, I’ll just relax by stuffing my face with mac and cheese. Hehe.
