Instant Pot Turkey

We need more time with our family during the holidays and when we are making the food it takes a lot of time. Turns out, you can save a ton of time by cooking your turkey in an Instant Pot and then broiling for color!

One of my favorite parts of the holiday is the 20lbs that I gain from eating all of the amazing food.  I mean I probably don’t gain 20lbs, but it sure as heck feels like it!

I have friends over for Thanksgiving and I wanted to give a really good food experience and very traditional, so I did a bunch of things that I know my family used to do when I was a kid.  Although, I did not eat meat when I was a kid and did not get the taste the gloriousness off turkey until a few years ago.

Because I have friends over, I wanted to utilize time and make things quicker than they would normally be, so of course I used my Instant Pot for almost everything.

Guys, I did turkey breasts in the Instant Pot and it was glorious and moist and pretty much the best thing ever.

I am giving you the recipe for a 4lb turkey breast, but here is a little tid bit.
