Instant Pot Homemade Hamburger Helper

I have been working my butt off lately and have wanted nothing but simple food at home.

Do you ever get like that?

I used to love getting hamburger helper when I was a kid. I ate it without meat, but it was still a comfort food for me.

I wanted to recreate that comfort, but make it for adults and easier. I think I found the perfect combination to do just that.

I used the Instant Pot and some of the classic hamburger helper flavors to get an adult, easy version of this classic meal.

It was perfect for one of the nights I was catering and didn't feel like cooking.  Plus I had leftovers, which was totally awesome for the next day, that I also did not feel like cooking on.

I love that I could do everything in the Instant Pot because it made clean-up a breeze.  One pot recipes have nothing on Instant Pot recipes.

Not only is it one pot but it takes like 10 minutes to make! What kind of magic is this?

I told my friends that Instant Pot needs to hire me with how much I promote them.  I just love their product so much.

This week has been so crazy.  I have had several jobs and helped plan and cook for a surprise picnic for my best friend’s birthday.  I still have 2 days to go before I can call it a week well done.

I would love more weeks like this though.  I love being busy, especially when I’m cooking for people who love to eat my food.

If you haven’t checked it out yet, go to my private chef website!  Believe me, you’ll love it! Lots of yummy food pics.

And if you’re in the San Francisco/ Bay Area and need a private chef look no further!

What’s your go-to easy meal?
