Instant Pot Unstuffed Southern Cabbage + Southern Seasoning Recipe!

I just got finished cleaning the kitchen and I am so tired.

So tired that I just don’t want to cook right now.  Even though I want something flavorful and delicious.  I hate the catch-22.

I also don’t want to get my kitchen all dirty, it looks good, and believe me it takes a while for me to get it to look good.

But I have to cook, I mean in order to eat you have to cook right?  I guess we could order takeout, but I am takeout done.  Do you ever get like that?

Just nothing that we can get for takeout sounds good to me.  I really want something healthy but hearty.

I was talking to a girlfriend of mine about what vegetables that people don’t like and she suggested cabbage.

And you know what?  That’s true, a lot of people don’t like cabbage.

So I decided to do something with cabbage.

But that still leaves me with the fact that I don’t want to get my kitchen dirty.

Instant Pot it is.

I decided to make a southern unstuffed cabbage.

Oh man, it was good.   I put all kinds of veggies in it other than cabbage; tomatoes, carrots, onions, and green beans.  Everything that I would stuff in cabbage rolls, but in the form of a  bowl.

I’m going to teach you to make my southern seasoning mix today too!  It’s pretty much my go to!
