Easy Frozen Peach Margaritas
This has been such a long week, pretty much nothing has gone correctly. I didn’t even want to write today’s blog. I am usually all about writing my posts, so I don’t know what’s wrong with me.
I guess it’s just one of those weeks.
I definitely needed a drink, but I didn’t have many ingredients in my pantry for one.
I hate when that happens, but I usually just improvise and make something that I hope will taste good.
I had stuff for a margarita, but I wanted something a little different.
I go into my freezer and find frozen peaches, perfect.
I miss Texas, they have frozen margaritas, which you don’t get many places in San Francisco.
I blended up my little concoction and it’s not the right consistency that I want. So I add a little wine and some ice.
It came out so perfect.
This margarita outdoes it on flavor, it’s exactly what I wanted.
At least something came out right this week!

What do you do when your goals hit the fan?
That’s what I am currently dealing with right now. I am working hard on my blog goals, but some of them seem to be hitting the fan no matter what I do.
I just need to keep pushing myself even if it’s not going my way.
Wisdom of the day, if you really want it, keep going, even if you’re discouraged.
