Deconstructed Meatloaf

I wanted to do something that was a comfort food today.  I really wanted something that could make you feel good as well as me.  So I chose to do a meatloaf and mashed potatoes, they are the ultimate comfort food.

They are the kind of food that makes you feel loved like everything is okay.

My meatloaf tasted amazing, but it fell apart a little.  Which means that it was moist, which is good. I mean, you really want something that is moist, or else it tastes awful.

I might call this deconstructed meatloaf.

I streamed it, for the second time. And although I had some technical difficulties at the beginning it turned out to be a great stream.

I am so glad that I am doing this stream lately.  It helps me to really stick to what I am cooking and not stray off to something different.
