I mean, I haven’t even really been on Instagram lately because I’ve just been promoting this event!

Last week I made one of G’s favorite meals.

A Caesar Salad with a poached egg to make it creamier when you mix it up.

I know that this salad sounds weird, but the egg is so perfect on it, you will never want any other Caesar Salad again.

We first had a similar salad when we went to a friend’s wedding, it was one of their appetizers.  

It was love at first break of yolk.

I mean, just imagine the vibrant green lettuce, the slightly salty and tangy dressing, and the creamy egg yolk.  It’s just an explosion of flavor and texture in your mouth.

It is literally one of the best things that I have ever made.
