A Fantastic 'Don't feel like cooking' Recipe
I thought I had really messed up my blog schedule, but realized there is so much food that I haven’t posted yet!
One of my favorite easy meals to cook on a weekday is a skillet barbeque chicken.
This chicken is moist and wonderfully flavorful and has enough of a sweet kick that my son ate it before I even had a chance to blink.
The only problem that I ever have with chicken is that it can be such a bland meat, but as Gordon Ramsey says, “If it has color, then it has flavour.”
I completely believe this.
When you get a nice brown crisp on your chicken, there is more of a chance to have a wonderful flavor with it.
I love foods that are easy to prepare, because sometimes, I just don’t want to cook.
Do you get like that?
It’s not like I want to go out and eat, but I don’t want to cook!
I never really know what to do at this point, so I decided to come up with a few recipes that would hold me over for those days that I just can’t do it.
